  3. I recently got affiliate status. My streams went smoothly for a week. About 5 days ago, any game I stream will allow me to broadcast it for few minutes and then system logs me off. Kindly advise what I need to check so that I will be able to stream again properly. Thank you.

  4. Olá, Tenho tido problemas pra visualizar minha receita gerada, fiz uma live dia 3 de outubro de 2023 e não estou vendo o ganho dela no caso dela eu peguei 112
    visualização e uma no dia 4 de outubro de 2023 essa peguei 79 visualização e nao estar carregando a renda de nem uma a ultima que foi carregada foi a do dia 30 de setembro de 2023 o que pode estar fazendo isso. estou pensando em desistir por isso pois visualizar esses ganho incentiva muito

  6. Language localization,

    OBS taking former language(CZE) when account is set up, after changing language(ENG) still persist old language(CZE) in docks(chats,stream info... ect) while on twitch is update happened(language is changed) but OSB for some reason fetching old data, tried resets, reconnects... nothing helped also googled and people have similar problems without any provided solution anythere.

    Hello, sorry to hear this. I think there might be some confusion that could be eased with the following information. The default date range displayed on when overviewing your analytics is the last 30 days, so if some of that revenue was from an earlier time, it might be omitted from the default view. You can expand the date range further past the last 30 days on the top of the graph to check this. If you're still seeing issues, please do reach out to our support team for further assistance.   13. Desde o dia 03 que tento mudar o título da stream e dá um erro e pede para tentar novamente mais tarde, até então não consigo mais mudar o título ou o jogo que estou transmitindo. Tento mudar o título da minha live enquanto tô ao vivo e fica aparecendo "Ocorreu uma falha na atualização das informações da transmissão." Gostaria de arrumar isso ou vou ter que continuar ligando a live com o mesmo título sempre? Valeu!

    Hey,

    You can use Twitch Inspector (inspector.twitch.tv) to check what could be causing your stream to crash. It can help determine whether there's something wrong with your set up or your internet. If you are using a third-party software to broadcast, you can further refer to the forums of the broadcasting software to troubleshoot this issue.

  20. Hello, my viewer count always shows 1 maybe 2 viewers, however you can clearly see multiple accounts in chat watching. So not including viewers that don't have accounts, why is my stream showing only 1 viewer?

    Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop on here to give some clarification. 

    Your Viewer Count reflects the total number of people watching your live broadcast, whether or not they have logged into a Twitch account. Your total Users in Chat reflects the number of logged-in Twitch accounts that are connected to your chat. In some instances, an account can be connected to your chat without watching your live broadcast - like chat bots, users in chat-only mode, or users in pop-out chat mode - which would then create a difference in your total number of Users in Chat and your Viewer Count. You can learn more about your Viewer Count and Users in Chat in this help article.
