Handicap for those with Disabilities

Implement a system that allow those that have disabilities that prevent them having high end gaming setups, gear, or overlays. Many people who have disabilities like Bipolar, depression, anxiety, OCD, many other things are unable to get up to where many other streamers have built themselves up to due to stress that it puts on them...(Me too as I have many disabilities that prevent me doing a lot of things or having upgrades). People like us want to grow as well but do need a helping hand in doing so to grow as a content creater. You also can't just say you have to do what they do because push too hard and it can cause health problems stemming from stress being put on physical, emotional, or mental problems that person has. A person can be super nice to chat with and watch but if folks keep nitpicking a person's setup, gear they have, or simple stylings they have to use to keep things stress free on their end they won't be able to grow at all. Simply put you need to level the playing field out for those with those disabilities that need a helping hand up to stand with those who stream normally and have the much higher view counts and live watchers...Nothing wrong with giving support to those people who truly need it most.
