Options for Right Clicking I think when editing things in the studio, right click would be a powerful option to have, to access quick tasks commonly used (for example, centre to screen) which would make editing scenes much more simpler and also if you are editing while streaming to move something around. You could also have things like hiding an item on right click if you ever get mixed up with layers, or changing layer type, etc.

Add "Do not show again" to prompt messages when removing layers It can be quite repetitive having to confirm you want to remove a layer every time - I think this would make editing scenes much easier in the studio.
This also could really help if you're editing layers while streaming.

Add the Ability to have multiple videos in the "media" option. On OBS Studio I currently have it set via the VLC plugin to select a folder that has multiple videos in it to play it for the start of the stream which includes various old clips and highlights.
It'd be nice to have that as a feature in Twitch Studio. :D

List of Videos layer (ie playlist) I use a VLC video playlist in OBS as my "starting stream" screen. I don't think there's a layer for videos in a list as there is in OBS (I think you can only do one at a time right now). Really the only thing stopping me from using Studio. (pref ability to lock resolution/size as well)

Feature or Plugin to allow Mono into Stereo conversion I have a mono input and in other programs such as OBS, it converts the mono input into a stereo output.

Layout Just being able to auto center an image/ text or put it in a specific spot without needing to use the mouse i.e. left upper, middle or bottom

An option to add a timer on screen with a customizable size to help sync the stream When watching streams with friends and it's a game with no timer on screen, it's hard to try and sync it (refreshing or pausing) to try and get it at roughly the same time as my friends so we're at the same point. If there was an easier way to sync through the option of the streamer having a customizable timer on screen somewhere would be a very useful feature.

Interactive pip windows that the viewer can switch between. I have this idea Add an interactive pip view type setup. Where viewer's can switch between desired camera angle's. The streamer simple add's as many camera angles as she/he is aloted for the stream. Irl/ creative streams could have more angles if desired. Granted this might be for certain streamers however available to all. As well for the interactive fee you could add the option to pay 7.99 per sub. While keeping the normal 4.99 fee for those who do not want it.

Allow togglable annotations (images/text) on stream overlay. Feature: Allow a broadcaster to upload image or text, with the ability for a viewer to toggle the display of that image/text over a portion of the video player.
Use Case: Tourney brackets without having to leave stream, poll results, etc

make a feature for twitch studios to change the theme color (if its not added already) basically just add a feature to either change the color of some of the layers (like the alerts, sub/follower goals, etc.) because I'm pretty sure its always set to purple but idd rather have it on orange or blue
