It's simply a tool giving creators and their employees the data of the density of chat engagement on a time vector.

It could be used to automatically create highlight reels with little to no touch up by affiliated editors or creators themself or at least give them valuable data points to choose from to create content for other platforms like youtube.

It would be a good synopsis for twitch viewers that missed a stream and they could hook into high engagement points to watch in the vod if linked or be an attractive form of content inviting more people in from alternative platforms to watch streams live.

It might be a tool to save creators and/or their editors a lot of time, not having to sit by or sift through streams manually for anything interesting to happen.
