Continuous Conversation in Support Emails
Twitch Support email needs a continuous conversation. I am receiving what appears to be one-off replies and I cannot tell if I am speaking to someone who has been assisting me continuously, or if someone new is reading the latest update on my ticket. Please show the full back-and-forth conversation so that the consumer and the support tech has a full read out of the conversation for the case to eliminate the support tech from asking the consumer to repeat a step that has been done several times already.
