What I wanted to do was stream my music-making software, but the Twitch Studio both mutes the audio on it, and doesn't have the option to record said audio through a separate audio layer.

Thus, I suggest adding audio layers to appropriate non-game applications, such as Ableton Live 10 and video editing software like AVS Video Editor.
