Link twitch studio with discord so it appears as a status with a direct link to the stream when live, just as OBS does

Like in other streaming applications, when I am stream to Twitch, I want Discord will show me as "Streaming" with a purple indicator so that my friends know I am live when they join me to chat.

Is it possible to integrate discord overlay being visible on stream for full screen games that have it? Its annoying to have to capture a whole monitor in order to get it visible...
