During editing for a bit of time in Twitch's video editor (After 15-30 minutes), the timeline header marker skips ahead by 5-7 seconds or so. It becomes more apparent when you try to find particular parts of your stream and the header marker jumps ahead never getting that exact moment you want. Even changing to the 1 minute increment does not work. Next after publishing highlights, those areas where it skips during the editing phase, pauses/buffers the video at those particular spots.
