Given one can modify which elements are on their app's sidebar, It would be a nice feature to add enabled extensions to the sidebars on the app. I know from my experience running the "Suggestion Box v2," it would be very convenient to check requests in real time. Other analytics & engagement extensions would certainly benefit from the fact that changes can be observed as they occur such as polls or "Loyalty & Reward" extensions.
