Support canvas size larger than 1920x1080

A lot of gamers are using 1440P monitors , Twitch Studio currently does not support higher resolution canvas sizes.

    absolutely would love to use canvas rescaling. allow us to make a canvas and then use bilinear scaling to output at 720p. We need every little trick we can use to make the most of our bitrate, please.

    Ahh so that's what's going on. I play on a 4k monitor and was wondering why the stream overlay text was blurry. Not to mention, the in-game Studio overlay is EXTREMELY TINY so it's not scaling with anything above 1080p.

    I use two monitors, 4K (2160p) and a 1K (1080p)
