Hidden Layouts/scenes Editing (from viewers).
Being able to edit current or hidden layouts live, but; without viewers being able to see.
Basically, sometimes people want to fix something in the current or a different layout/scene - I think it'd be neat if there was a Hold Current button or the just have the layouts not update on the stream until the streamer saves.
