Disconnect webcam when not visible/in use
If I'm in a scene that doesn't have a webcam layer or if I hide my webcam layer, it'd be nice if TS would disconnect from the webcam so it can turn off and/or be used by a different program.

yes this would be very nice, specially for users off razor kiyo wich has a built in light, right now i have to manually turn the light off whenever i use a scene wich dont have webcam. (i do that quite often while recording clips)
