Scene transition is definitely needed with *.webm support for custom stingers.227 votes
At the very least, we plan to support some basic transitions in the future.
Sometimes I'd like to mute specific programs for a stream (i.e. Discord, Chrome, etc). It'd be nice to allow users to adjust specific program volume/mute programs entirely without having to setup an external program.292 votes
We’re working on supporting multiple audio input and output sources right now (which is very close!). After that, we plan to expand on capabilities for individual apps.
It would be nice to be able to duplicate a layout/scene so I can just repurpose it a bit for another usecase (e.g. I love the default "be right back" layout and I wanted to use the same thing to match a "starting soon" layout, but since the duplicate feature wasn't available, I had to try and attempt to recreate the same layout from scratch. Continuity is very important for branding.171 votes
We plan to support Copy/Pasting Layers & Layouts and a duplication option in the future
Ability to change:
Focus, Exposure, Gain, Brightness, Contrast, Color Intensity and White Balance
from within Twitch Studio.
This is so annoying when you want to show something on your phone and either your focus or your white balance doesn't let the camera see it. So right now you have to go into your camera software and change it from there.93 votes
We’re planning to expose all of the advanced webcam properties within the webcam settings section in the future
I was testing out creating a layout/scene and just wanted to see the difference between one thing and another thing visually. I resized my object and immediately decided I liked it the other way better, but I couldn't undo so I had to try to get it back how it was and I just kept messing it up so I gave up.113 votes
Also planned in the future! We want to take another pass on the general editing experience to add some improvements and additional functionality.
Undo/Redo and shortcuts like Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y
I'd be really nice to have support for NDI sources for people that use it50 votes
We know there are a lot of 2 PC setup streamers so this is planned in the future
Add a feature which lets you clip from Twitch Studios rather then having to have your stream up on a browser41 votes
This will be possible with the new Quick Actions feature in your stream manager on the dashboard. Our goal is to support them in Twitch Studio as well so things like this would be possible :)
I think for easy on/off or other thinks a option for Group 2 or more layers in a design. And for easy use too, need a multi-layer selection (f.e. move 2 layers at same time.44 votes
This is planned, but we may not get to it for a while.
This is planned in the future, we know how useful an Eyedropper tool would be
It'd be nice to be able to shift where parts of the Studio are (eg where the chat box or alerts box) and change the size of the various parts (eg make things wider). This'd bring it more in line with the new creator dashboard that's being tested on the site.18 votes
Definitely planned, we want to have a similar experience to the new dashboard
I know you can switch the two side tabs, and toggle on/off the live preview. But it would be nice to make those into any order and resize the preview. IE: would like the chat/notifications column then the scene's column, and then a much smaller preview screen. Maybe a system similar to how the dashboard on web works.
We’re still discussing how we’d like this to work internally – but the plan is to allow further customization of this interface
I recently got a green screen before I got into twitch Studio which I felt was a good upgrade. I think the support for chromakey or keying should be an option when're going through the webcam wizard. Perhaps a: "Enable Green Screen [checkbox]" and then advanced controls pop up for proper keying..5 votes
We plan to add the green screen setup in the new user flow! Soon™
I have a mono input and in other programs such as OBS, it converts the mono input into a stereo output.2 votes
We’re planning to expose additional settings for this in the future
