There needs to be some better, visible heads up that the Power-Ups won't work if you're using extensions like FFZ, which many viewers use to enhance their experience with Twitch. I tried out a power-up but nothing happened for me and when I report it you're saying it's the extension's fault and won't offer a refund. What you taught me is not to spend any more bits on your features. I would have held back on a browser if I knew and instead I lost faith in you when you couldn't even give back a few bits to try again later if things get worked out or if I'm viewing through an app. Now there is zero incentive to participate with your features because you have shown me that you do not care if viewers lose bits. The least you can do is give some visible warning that there may be conflicts to avoid this problem, otherwise you are willfully exploiting people who try for the first time and continue to teach people not to use your power-ups. More fun is had through what extensions offer than an animated text box.
