Add a feature to turn off the power-up feature
What if a streamer doesn't want the power-ups to clutter up their channel points?

Things that cost money should *not* be in the channel point menu.

Ger rid of this garbage zoomer attention span feature as a whole. No need to disable. Just remove.

Disable button required. These additions are awful. It's like you're integrating a crapper version of SLOBS into Twitch itself and it isn't wanted.

I am begging you to allow us to disable these. The two that occur in chat are one thing, but the one that actually alters the look and feel of my stream is quite another. It's overwhelming and makes the stream unwatchable. Considering how long it took me to make my stream look and feel the way I want it to, including the alerts that I chose and customized for myself, having something added without my input that looks terrible and is an obnoxious cash-grab to boot, is a huge slap in the face. Nothing that displays on my stream should be there without my input. Ever.

This is the most obnoxious addition you could have added, and energy that could have been spent looking into ways to stop the amount of bots coming into chats. You have made this to sit right up the top of where the normal channel redeems are which could easily confuse viewers into accidentally spending real money, and lets be real that is exactly why you did it. The simplest fix could be having it as an optional feature where the streamer decides whether they want to utilise it or not. Because I know I will be toggling it off as soon as you give us the choice.

To me, this is gonna be ANOTHER barrier to starting Streaming on Twitch when there's a Feature that I do not enjoy and do not want, it should be optional, those that want it can keep it, those of us that do not don't have to deal with it. Please, Twitch do better

This is really annoying as a forced redeem. It is also confusing for people that they are in the same menu as channel redeems using channel points.

Please let us turn this off, I really dislike on screen clutter, and these are just that. What I show on stream should always be up to the streamer, and I have zero interest in having random giant emotes on screen. Not to mention people could show whatever sort of emotes, including ones that are in appropriate.

This is the most obnoxious feature of the year, and you cannot turn it off?
I've instructed my mods and on the channels I mod to delete any of these redeems on sight from the chat.
Best I can do for now is set them to 10k bits

People who wanted these bit redeems have already got them from third party plugins and those who dont want them simply didnt use them.
So why force this on everyone when its not requested or wanted by the community?
Then you say "its to help streamers". It isn't, its open to spamming, its going to annoy chat members and it pushes down channel point redeems that everyone has access to rather than just people with disposable income to waste.
Until the option to turn it off appears I've set them to the max of 10000 bits and maxed the cooldown so noone would want to bother with them.

ALWAYS give an option to turn a feature off.
I want to be in control of what's used, played, or shown on my stream.

With how it is implemented now, it is a perfect way for grievers and spammers to block the whole stream for anyone. Yes, the streamer and ofcourse most importantly TWITCH gets money from it. But this is just another tool for them and it doesn't even have any sort of cooldown. the Streamer has no control other than the price of it. no way to change what can be done with it. this is not community friendly in any kind to force people to use something you guys think can make you money. Remove it, work on it behind the scenes and once you guys have implemented the possiblity for deactivating it, controlling how many of them are active, cooldown timers, more option of what they do instead of just slapping something onto the stream without the sreamer being able to nitce it on any kind of OBS.
This is very much a stunt you guys did only to very clearly shoot yourself in the foot -

I am a speedrunner, having an "on-screen celebration" forced onto my stream can invalidate my run if it covers certain parts of the screen. I cannot stream runs on Twitch currently because of this. Please add a disable toggle.

Honestly i think the power ups are great especially the one that make emotes bigger! but they do need to either have the ability to turn on and off the power ups or change the placing of the power ups, they really shouldnt be on the same page as the channel redeems. A better placement for them would be in the bits cheer page instead of the channel redeems.

I genuinely like the idea of having bit rewards available that are akin to channel points, making them more accessible and visible. It can be cumbersome to find out about some of the bit rewards a streamer wants to have chat use, so having them as a menu item could be a great add.
But please have them in their own menu (there is a bits menu already, so why not use that?) AND have them OPT-IN.
Forcing a feature on everyone without the ability of removing/disabling it is not a great experience.
Having chat modifications that don't work across all the different forms that chat is displayed is not a great experience (Someone tested this on my stream and the popout chat in OBS did not even bother to show the message text).
Having the bit rewards a streamer is unable to move at the top of the list of "free" channel point redeems is not a great experience.
Having no control other than the amount of bits (which were set to ridiculously low values) enabling spam and flooding out a chat is not a great experience.
Having no control over what happens on your video feed, enabling someone to add and broadcast an emote the streamer does not approve of IS. NOT. A. GREAT. EXPERIENCE. -

I think the power-ups thing could be implemented well and it's a great idea, but in it's current state I just want the ability to turn it off. It severely gets in the way of my channel point redeems that I've worked extremely ******* and spent months of coming up with ideas for them, just for them to be pushed further down my redeems because these are forced on the top of the screen for no reason.

What kind of idiots don't think to include on On/Off toggle and then request people sign a petition to get it added?
