Add a feature to turn off the power-up feature
What if a streamer doesn't want the power-ups to clutter up their channel points?

Please also make it so you can turn them off individually.

As a streamer, I should be able to fully control what is allowed to occur on my channel from a celebration or effects perspective. Please allow us to turn off Power-ups as we can with recommended Channel Point redemptions.
Currently only have the ability to change the price or limit the On-Screen Celebration redeem cooldown.
Personally, I find chat effects to be detrimental to a chatting experience and would not want that to be the experience of my community.

We should be able to control what appears on our streams. Adding an option for viewers to disrupt the stream, with no way for us to turn it off, is antithetical to the very idea of streaming. It makes no sense that we can't disable it. Please, add an option to turn it off.

\Feel free to remove if this is a duplicate, but the new Power Ups redeems are enabled by default, and there is no way to disable them. Please add a way to disable these redeems (Or to add new ones for those that wish to use them), as I don't want these effects on my stream at all.
