Allow Streamer/Broadcaster to be able to use Bits Tier Emotes
As of now the only emotes we can use from our own channels is the Sub emotes but I think we should also be able to use the Bits Tier emotes as well just like the Sub emotes considering we own the channel and should be able to use ALL our emotes.
