Please refer to our bits help pagehttps://help.twitch.tv/s/article/guide-to-cheering-with-bits?language=en_US, but we do not have a way to give another user bits to then spend on another account. Only the account who has purchased the bits are able to spend the bits in whatever channel they desire.
