Fix the Ads for Bits
I love the idea for supporting streamers with bits but frankly I don't have the money to spend on bits, so that's why I rely on the free bits from ads, but one time after watching an ad it says "Try again later" under the Watch Ad button. At first I thought "Ok. I'll just watch more tomorrow" but it still said "Try again later" and it has been like that for months so I gave up checking at this point. If you could fix this or at least ease on the time you need to wait between ads. Maybe like one or two ads a week and these ads can stack, (for example if I don't watch my two ads for one week I can watch 4 ads next week and if I don't watch those 4 ads, next week I can watch 6 ads, and so on.)
Of course the "two ads per week" is just yet another suggestion, you can tailor it to however you feel fit. I just at least want a way of knowing "Hey! I watched all my ads. I can wait until _______ to watch another one." instead of relying on what feels like random luck to watch another ad.
Hey everyone -
Today we’ve made the decision that we will no longer be offering Ads for Bits. Instead, we will be turning our attention to our newest ad formats like Multiplayer Ads, which allow you to vote in polls and reward Bits to your favorite creators.
The goal for Ads for Bits was to help make cheering available for everyone and we will continue to push forward with that goal, just in different ways.
We appreciate your feedback and interest in Ads for Bits since its initial launch, and hope you will continue to offer suggestions around future ads products.

The problem porbably is that you get 5 Bits per ad, which equals about 0,05$ for the streamer. But getting someone to watch an ad doesn't earn you anything near 0,05$. So letting people earn bits this way 24/7 is a huge loss for twitch.

I haven't been able to get free bits on my main account for around 7 months. I used to be able to watch ads for bits 5 minutes after midnight PST. Now it's always grayed out and says "Try again later." I now have two accounts that I created to get bits after my original one stopped working. On my first alt account I said I was a female executive in my 30s with kids, and it gives me tons of bits, even allowing me to watch ads sporadically throughout the day. On my second alt account I said I was a male in my 30s with kids and it gives me much less bits. Also I can only collect them for a short period after midnight and not throughout the day. On my original account I told the truth and said I was unmarried and without kids, and now it's cut off from bits unless I buy them. So it seems Twitch discriminates and gives more freebies to women with more money to potentially spend on the things they are advertising while cutting off the free bits for poor people. It's disappointing that I now have to use secondary accounts to gift bits to my favorite streamers instead of my main account.

I discovered about two months ago that I can only watch ads for bits for a certain window of time after Midnight PST.
Usually the window is 3-4 hours (with ad availability being less frequent the more time has passed since midnight)... but on the 8th a couple nights ago, that window suddenly shrank to an hour. Yesterday it was 45 minutes. Today it was 35 minutes.
So the already ridiculous concept of a window of opportunity is rapidly becoming even more ridiculous. -
