Hey there,
I just wanted to give some context on this. We tend to close bug reports or reports of issues if there has not been any activity on the post for more than a year. If you are still experiencing a bug you are welcome to open a new thread so others can give their feedback as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment Trendyfloof commentedI HATE Twitch's support forms; the way it funnels you to just the handful of issues they think are important; they don't cover every situation, they make it hard to get support for a lot of issues, and then half the time the forms DO cover your situation, they get stuck in reload/redirect loops so we can't complete our support requests!!! AND THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO DO IT IF THE SUPPORT FORM IS BROKEN.
We come here and complain and it's obvious that nobody likes twitch support, but twitch support still blows massive chunks on a daily basis.

An error occurred while saving the comment Trendyfloof commentedI can't tell you how many times an ad popping up at a moment in stream where I want to hear, makes me just turn off twitch for the rest of the night. Especially when they're cramming the same handful of ads at you over and over and over and over, especially when some ad breaks are just randomly super long...twitch's ad system is clearly based on concepts of psychological abuse against the user base. Basically abusing people into buying subs, framing it like "you're helping the creators!", taking massive cuts off the top for other people's work...big tech makes their money stealing the wealth and work of others. Tax Bezos and every amazon multi-millionaire into oblivion...they don't deserve their money, they're just legalized thieves.

An error occurred while saving the comment Trendyfloof commentedThis has been really annoying me lately; I set a channel to a reduced volume to lurk without muting and then an ad kicks the volume up again as you say. This is frankly a bug and the fact that twitch's narrow, limiting support system kicks this to user feedback when it's a BUG (even if it's an intentional bug with the underhanded purpose of helping your advertisers; from the user experience it is a BUG) is awful. Twitch/amazon and so many corporations can get away with all sorts of underhanded, unethical, possibly illegal crud and never get called on it by preventing it from being part of their support system and pushing it into "feedback" to never be considered...shame on twitch.

An error occurred while saving the comment Trendyfloof commentedI need to report a bug about how the support form is broken (making it impossible for me to get support for my Subscription purchasing issue!!!) but there is no way to do it via the support form, there's not help@twitch email anymore, there's no phone number....twitch: YOU NEED TO STOP CLOSING DOORS ON YOUR USERS. We want to help you to help us to help you but you just close the door and your support is so narrow, so limited, so unhelpful; geared toward making your overhead support costs low I'm sure, quality of your product and service be damned.
We need a way to get support for situations that Twitch did not anticipate. Like a general inbox or phone number.

An error occurred while saving the comment Trendyfloof commentedHear hear! The support form is broken and narrow, they should never have closed their help@twitch.tv inbox. THEY NEED A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Twitch support hides in the dark for fear of actually having to help anyone.

I HATE WHEN TWITCH SUPPORT CLOSES MY TICKET WITHOUT RESOLVING IT. ANYONE WHO DOES THIS SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED AND IF THEY DO IT REPEATEDLY THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. TWITCH SUPPORT IS LAZY FRUSTRATING AND USELESS. TWITCH SUPPORT IS THE WORST. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY CLOSING TICKETS AFTER JUST A COUPLE REPLIES.
It sucks we cannot report twitch mod/admin replies either!!
