We would definitely like to give Mods a way to communicate with each other more easily, and are starting to explore implementation options.

Hey guys!
There were some discussions that weren’t super applicable to feedback and I have gone ahead and removed them.
We super appreciate the feedback and want to keep hearing your ideas. Please just keep it focused on bodypainting/body art community and feedback around that, over feedback on specific channels/users.
If you have anyone who you are concerned about on Twitch or someone who you are worried about how they are acting on Twitch always feel empowered to report them so our team can further investigate the situation.

Just create a “Nudity Content” tag and restrict non-logged in users and accounts without verified age from viewing the category.
Boom. There’s your solution. Instead of banning people, just let them appropriately tag the content they make. Period.

We apply IP bans in Chat based on users’ Moderation actions in certain cases. We don’t currently plan to publicize the logic we use because we think it would make it easier for bad actors to bypass the restriction.

Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

if twitch is worried about losing revenue as a counter to this idea, just make banned people see ads every 3 minutes if they still insist on watching the channel after being banned 🤷♂️

This is actually a super neat idea! That way, teams can be more than just a promotion tool - there can be a moderation team that operates across the teams channels, without having to individually mod them in every stream. It can also provide a way to easily opt out of that feature, as well as set a level of permissions that’s different from a regular channel moderator.

@SirKatelyn on Twitter has proposed this amazing idea to create a Mod Chat segment in the Mod View for easier moderator communication on mod actions or problematic users in chat, etc
Right now, most mod teams and broadcasters use Discord for this. It would make matters much easier to have a dedicated built in mod chat just for the modding matters, similar to how Mod Comments have been added to the user cards last year.
