Why only Partners? Affiliates can suffer? They can wait till the all Mighty Twitch does something with our problems? "The mental health of the streaming community needs to be a higher priority. "
5) "STOP ALLOWING THE CREATION OF RACIST AND HATEFUL USERNAMES" Not working with other languages than English! Now days it is already a disturbing feature! Not only USA exists guys! I reported here one guy whit a name "ciganyvero". What is a non English username. If I translate and change a bit to be more offensive for US guys, it would be niggerbeater. But Twitch do nothing. It is not against the rules...it is not racists.

I disagree with this point! They should act more faster and transparent. I would like to know why they not ban this user forever!?
6) If they have the same discord user name or in Twitch it is connected. But for sure they will not do this! Useless point, sorry.
7) VERY GOOD POINT! I can just agree!
A new point:
10) Extend the registration of the accounts (also older ones must do) with:
A) Real Name
B) Id card
C) Address
D) maybe phone number (2FA only chat or stream for example).If somebody will not provide, will not be able to see a stream or chat. Door closed, bulling is out. Or if not, in 2 sec Twitch can go to police of the country of the bad guy.
If they will not do this, everything will stay as before. Only thing what we can do, is that we go to police (online report) and then Twitch has to do something. More work for both side.

The whole naming system of Twitch is bad. Why not everybody has an ID? And if you ban TwitchUser123 then after it is renamed to GameWatcher456 it is still banned in your channel.

We would like to offer an “off-duty mode” for Mods, but it isn’t one of our top priorities at the moment. Will revisit in 2021.

Kids can easily access Twitch pages without ID check. The warning about mature content is for nothing.
If, then I would ask for ID cards, address at registration for everyone! Then, if somebody is younger than 18, should be not able to see those pages ment for mature people. Nothing...no chat, nothing.
And this way, harassment, bullying, etc. would be very easy to control. Nobody want to see police at the front door. Or?
And hot tub. Hot tub streams are soft port. It is all about sexuality. Has nothing to do with bathing or chat. Stretching? Yoga? It is only **** and ***. There are better platform for this **** than Twitch. But it is a good money for Twitch...so... why not let them drop they dress and then everybody could fap on Twitch content also.

StreamElements: @kozaka, kozakazsiroshaja was created 7 months 26 days 15 hours ago.I reported right away...the guy created 3-4 accounts with similar name in 5 minutes distance. Some were deleted by Twitch...some not after my report. Transparency? Rules?
I thought that those accounts were deleted after my report but only some of them were eliminated. The question is why?
Therfore I would like to have a system in Twitch where I can search my reports and see the progress. Add more information etc.

I thought, the new Safety Center will have a ticketing system, where I could really transparent check that any action were taken or not. But it is just texting about how to report and such.
The problem is, that if I report somebody (and believe me...they attacking me or somebody) it MUST be taken some action. For me, the state, that "we do nothing" is also ok. Because I could then decide the next steps, that I go to police and Twitch has to work on the issue again. If somebody offending me or my family, I want that this account at least deleted!
But I think Twitch will avoid transparency to hide the fact, that
1) they do not have time to check all the reports
2) not all accounts will get the same punishmentAnd really...I do not know, why an account, what is just created for bully somebody, is not deleted after years? After many reports! Protect your content creators dear Twitch!

If this happens I will sure talk with the mod, or kick. Don't worry...this is only points...this is only fun and a game. No actual money viewer, mods or the streamer can get. Only good moments if you have good predictions or rewards. If you don't...then who cares the points.
I hope it this feature will be done, then we will see point transfers in the activity feed. Then we streamers could see who does a great job and who abuse.

"And this should be for the channel owner ONLY" For sure not good if you restrict things! Just check the mod restrictions what Twitch created for predictions. Useless...We have to have fake mod accounts to be able also participate in predictions and also close it (when streamer busy, other mods not present or on mobile).
If you thrust on some persons, and if it would be an option to add rights for some mods and not to all mods, that would be perfekt! Like in Streamelements you can have power moderators. They can manage points if needed. And the streamer give them the right to do things what maybe the streamer can or will not do (like he is playing, and some problems pops up what a mod then can solve).
Mods are normally servants of the streamer :) If somebody do something wrong, streamer has to handle it. Either discuss the problem, or kick mod.
"And maybe set a limit each week for how many points the channel owner can give" --> I disagree! You should be not restricted in any manner! Let's say you want to have a points giveaway. And give every or to one actual viewer some points. This way they can then participate in predictions, or use points for channel stuffs. With your restriction this would be not possible again.

Let me extend this request a bit. In case we...your most important persons...the streamers ban somebody, then please delete the follow real time. Many times, one comes to your chat to harass the streamer...it will be banned...then he starts to create new accounts to harass more...so we know exactly who is the person who creates many accounts just to be toxic in the community.
And please send an automatic "banned from xy's channel" to your system to collect those trolls. And maybe you can kick them out from out platform forever....
Except you want to keep them but not us!

@Helper1337 I think you did not get the point!
With a clean account the viewer get notified that you go live. So he creates a second trolling account with a name what you will not like and here we go. He just follows your stream and everybody see this in chat or in stream (in case you enabled). Or even can write into the chat something. You ban this troll user, but 2 mins later he creates a new account with a different harassment user name, and you can't stop this!
I would like not to turn off the follower notifications and such, because then most very kind and nice viewers would not get rewarded like the way I use.
My problem is with this, you will actually never know the relations between the clean account and the troll accounts. So it will never help to delete somebody. He can create any account, follow you and do no harassment with it. Means this is a clean, no trolling account where the troll itself is a nice person.

밥위에얹어주세요 it is not about a decision of the outcome rather than viewers decision which outcome he want to vote.
CeeMeeNomore : I don't think this is a good idea! If it is free to choose, you can choose different one because want to win othere viewer points. If everybody votes on A and that was the correct prediction, nobody win anything. Just the one lose some points in case he chose first B and then selected A....if you know what I mean :) Talking about smaller streams where maybe 2-3 viewer makes a vote.

I tried to start a normal prediction with an normal Hungarian text what is according to Twitch is "not compliant with our content guidelines". The text was "Win vagy nem win?" Please fix this! What in English not allowed should be allowed in other languages! If the channel language is not English, please turn the auto validation off! Or turn it off completely. It is really annoying to form the title so in Hungarian that the system does not complain...and even I have no idea what word is not allowed as the system does not tell that.
The Hungarian word "vagy" means "or" and not ******.

Even on channel points it is disturbing that I can not use the word "vagy" what means "or" in English. Stupid!
