Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

Hey there!
Though we have not yet added support for multiple language tags, we have added more than 350 new options that we think may help out with this particular ask.

We apply IP bans in Chat based on users’ Moderation actions in certain cases. We don’t currently plan to publicize the logic we use because we think it would make it easier for bad actors to bypass the restriction.

We are happy to announce that we have released an update that addresses some of these points.
Channel Banned users will no longer be able to view the chat, and they will also be removed from your Chat list. There is an issue that has caused us to pause this temporarily, but we expect a fix to be out very soon – stay tuned to the Twitter thread below for the update.
Additionally, if you Block a user, they will not be able to subscribe or follow, and Blocking them will automatically unfollow them.

Thanks for the support everyone! We want to clarify that we definitely think there are other groups and tags beyond LGBTQIA+ and associated tags that this idea should apply to. We just want to speak directly to the one that applies to us rather than trying to speak for other communities and cultures.
And maybe there should be a way to opt in or out of the automatic tags since it shouldn't be forced on you if you don't want it but it should be an option if you do
