The current Creator Badge Drops system is great, but during Charity events creators usually lessen the importance of Subs in place of Charity Donations.
Having the ability to set Creator Badge Drop campaigns that have a Charity Donation badge (with minimum value set by creator) instead of Subs would be excellent, perhaps supplimented by Watch Time badges in order to help raise awareness of the cause.
