Open Medicine Foundation
Please add the Open Medicine Foundation to Twitch Charity.
From their website:
"Our disease focus includes Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Long COVID, Post-Treatment Lyme Disease, and Fibromyalgia.
"We have facilitated and funded the establishment of 7 collaborative centers across the globe, in 4 countries and 3 continents. These centers are dedicated to diagnosing, treating, and ultimately curing these related chronic, complex diseases.
"Open Medicine Foundation is a US based global nonprofit, with an affiliate organization in Canada (OMF Canada) and a foreign branch in Australia (OMF Australia Ltd). Our 19 member Scientific Advisory Board is world renowned and includes two Nobel laureates and 6 National Academy of Sciences members."
The work the OMF does is imperative for those suffering with these conditions.

Hello! With Giving Tuesday coming up, we're excited to announce that Twitch’s charity tool is powering up to bring thousands of new charities. With that said, we're happy to announce that we have added the Open Medicine Foundation to our list of charities. Thank you so much for requesting this charity. I am a sufferer of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and I would love to see the Open Medicine Foundation added to Twitch charity! As a streamer, I would love to be able to do a charity stream with the OMF and having them on Twitch would make it a dream come true. They are such great advocators for people like me, who often feel like we do not have a voice of our own.

100% should be added. As someone with Fibromyalgia and who knows those who struggle with ME and Long COVID, I know how debilitating these conditions can be. Research for them is absolutely invaluable and extremely underfunded!
