That's not true. Paypal Giving Fund does take fees. But aside from that, from what i have seen in some the the discords of charities i have been in, and on social, the charities don't want their supporters using the service. So if charities would rather use whatever service, then I have to assume they know more about the cost than we do.
The Twitch thing sends money to paypal giving fund, not to the charity directly like Tiltify and some other do, and due to that, actually costs the charities considerably more money tracking it and allocating it. It also forces them to not be able to work with their communities or even know they are fundraising. Essentially they seemed to have something that was working they had spent years perfecting and Twitch sort of decided to change everything which is actually hurting charities.

@facto_tom Can I ask why you are requesting this? Is it due to feature sets available in Tiltify or another reason? I am curious because I have been looking into this myself. From what I can find, while Tiltify features are better, PPGF takes NO fees when the charity org is enrolled while Tiltify is known to be heavy on the fees from the charity org.
