Channel Points

How it works:

  1. I don't see "Channel Points" when I look in Viewer Rewards

    I have no clue if there are requirements for channel points, but if not I would love how to fix it!

  2. i cant spend my channel point

    I can't spend my channel points on voting or nothing and it kind of annoying. the only its says is that im not in the serten area. i think it doesnt matter where you from and you should spend the point whenever. please fix it. please

    This should be resolved as we recently launched Spectator Mode with Predictions! This means anyone can participate no matter where they are located.

    If you still have issues accessing any Channel Point features please reach out to our team at help.twitch.tv and they will help you further troubleshoot.
