there was a bug in the poll the bank robbery was sucessfull i voted yes with 6k channel points and lost it all beacause of the mods i want t there was a bug in the poll cause of the mods the bank robbery was sucesfull but they chose no probably mistakely i lost 6.144k channel points i want to be refunded

UserVoice is meant for feedback on Twitch products. It seems as tho this is an issue with a Twitch channel. You will need to work with that broadcaster and their mod team.

No channel points reward setup So im a Twitch affiliate now and i want to setup channel points but they dont work theres no choise about channel points it just says sorry unles you have a time mashine so can someone help ?

I don't see "Channel Points" when I look in Viewer Rewards I have no clue if there are requirements for channel points, but if not I would love how to fix it!

You do have to be an affiliate or a partner on twitch to be eligible for Channel Points.

i cant spend my channel point I can't spend my channel points on voting or nothing and it kind of annoying. the only its says is that im not in the serten area. i think it doesnt matter where you from and you should spend the point whenever. please fix it. please

This should be resolved as we recently launched Spectator Mode with Predictions! This means anyone can participate no matter where they are located.

channel points I have afilliate and i checked in the creator dashboard and i still can't find channel points and where i can activate it
