When an "end user"/"content producer" gives multi-millions dollar "ideas" should they not get something for that?
1st off thx to all the staff of these platforms & the investors who take the risks. I am your cheerleader!
What if an end user, (like myself) is scientifically minded with a head for business & has "ideas", (more like detailed conceptualizations) that are worth far too much to just give to a feedback department?
I want to help but I feel like the way things are now, where I am getting nothing for submitting "feedback", (high end business consulting & much more is more like it) that I would be slitting my own throat when I offer that sort of thing.
I can start my own business, applying everything I know, learned from being an "end user" of so many different tech companies. So why would I keep giving away everything to the likes of Amazon/Twitch?
Sure I could go apply for a job at these companies as a consultant, project lead, data scientist &/or human resources polymath, (I am a specialist that has never existed for an industry that has never existed) but why would I do that when I could just found & run my own tech company?
Well, they answer is complicated & best saved for multiple vocal conversations but the out of the many thing I would say on that matter, I will say this; I don't want to be competition & I have other things to do with my life of which may just be more important than money, fame, glory or "power" of which pertain to OUR biological SURVIVAL, (still includes Big Tech & Big Business, to be sure tho).
What if I have feel as I have no choice but to withhold most of my life's work/"ideas"/"feedback"?
How should we proceed? Your move @Amazon @Twitch ;-)
Again, Thx to all the coders most of all. You are the heavy lifters of this industry & those doing the business end are burdened with tremendous stress, so are not to be trivialized in the least with this statement.
The content producers are burdened with ALL of this also. Cheers to you all!
Happy holidays to all involved. Peace & good day!
