In previous years, the meet and greet system for TwitchCon has been on a first come, first serve basis. While it does have its flaws, it is a bad idea to change it to a raffle system. Having the "chance" to meet your favorite streamer instead of a guarantee hurts people who plan extensively to attend. TwitchCon is an event people get excited for. Being able to meet their favorite streamers is a part of it.

Every year, thousands of dollars are spent on hotels, flights, and other travel necessities. People do this so they can meet their favorite streamers and taking away that guarantee will hurt their experience. There should be alternatives considered like releasing meet and greets in batches rather than all at once or taking into consideration how much traffic will be loaded onto the app when people want to meet someone specifically.

People already cried out against this system when it was announced for TwitchCon Rotterdam this year. Please do not make the same error again.
