I have found no solid way to contact any person relating to TwitchCon. On their own webpage, they encourage to message on their Twitter page, which results in no answers returned. None. I was advised to contact Twitch devs, Twitch Support, and many more departments with no success in resolving this issue.

I was bombarded with dropdown menus with topics that do NOT relate to anything I need assistance with, and when I find myself finally talking with a real human being, they constantly tell me it is the wrong department (probably because none of their selections fit what I a looking for). More than half of the options you select direct you to another page that still does NOT answer your questions, and yet, no one is able to direct you to the right people, probably because they don't seem to exist. So, I am requesting them to exist because there are questions that still need answers, and I would very much appreciate it if there was someone (not a robot) to help answer them, especially before a planned live event. And if it does exist, I am requesting an easier way to access and find them.
