Our Alert Box layer should include follows, bits, subs, cheers, hosts, and raids.

You can also embed external alerts by using a browser source layer.

  2. i realy would like to see an option for transparent alert backgrounds, right now you can change the color but i would like the option for no color at all.

Admin audit: Changed "opaque" to "transparent" to better reflect the idea behind this suggestion.

    Hey there,

There is a way to essentially create a transparent background with the Green Screen Effect. Simply edit your alert background color to be similar for both the Alert Background and Alert Accent Color. Copy the hex code to transfer this information to the Green Screen Effect to remove this specific color from the alert to create an alert with no background! You can play around with Edge Transparency to see how much of the mostly removed background to keep, so you can create a color contrast to the text of the alert. Hope this helps.

  3. Every layout has to be edited one by one, I'd love to be able to just make a new layout and for it to already have my alerts added, because it always starts with the predetermined ones.

You can do this by linking your alert layer. Then in each scene, when you click Add Layer, you can add this linked alert layer and its settings will be preserved from the other scene in which it was created. A linked layer allows you to seamlessly make edits to your alerts layer across all scenes from any scene. Linked layers share all properties except their position, so you can adjust the linked alert layer to best suit the current scene you're editing without affecting its placement in other scenes; however you won't need to edit every other aspect of it (such as color, image, etc). Hope that helps.

    Hey there,

You should be able to customize the image for each alert by clicking Edit Scene, then going to Alerts layer, and finally to Edit Alert on the right-hand panel. Once on the pop-up Edit Alert menu is open, you can click through each alert and upload your desired image.

  5. Allow the user to download any mp3 file for a sound alert cus the stock sound alerts are kinda boring

    Hey there,

Not sure if this request is specifically asking to include .mp3 files for alerts, but do know that you may set custom sound files for your alerts! To do so, click Edit Scene, go to the Alerts layer, and finally mouse over to Edit Alert in the right-hand panel. Within the pop-up menu, you can click through each alert and set the sound of each type of alert, by clicking the Change button under Sound. For more information on supported sound files please refer to our help article.

  6. Being able to customize the alerts more independently such has having separate duration times, or having a gif for one and another different sized images.

    Hi,
You may edit each alert type independently. Click Edit Scene, then go to the Alerts layer, and finally over to Edit Alert in the right-hand panel. Within the pop-up menu, you can click through each alert and set the sound, duration, and image, etc. of each type of alert, individually. Hope that helps.

  7. have each alert have its own duration! like follow can be 5 seconds and a raid can be 10

    Hi,
You can set the duration of each alert by clicking Edit Scene, then going to the Alerts layer, and finally mousing over to Edit Alert in the right-hand panel. Once on the pop-up Edit Alert menu is open, you can click through each alert and set the duration of its on-screen duration individually. Thanks for your suggestion.

  8. Include an option so that whenever you click any key u set, it skips the current alert.

    Hey there,

You may add a hotkey to skip alerts by  going to the settings (small cogwheel icon on the bottom right), then to Hotkeys, and finally by scrolling to Skip Alert. Hit Record to set your hotkey. Hope that helps.

  9. Would love to see a way to test what my alerts look like before I get on the stream. Just adding a simple button that runs the alert on the Stream Preview page.

    Hello,

You should be able to preview your alerts through the Edit Scene screen. To preview each individual alert, please use the Edit Alert button on the right-hand panel to pull up the pop-up menu and review each type.

  10. alerts con immagini e audio personalizzati.

    Hi,
To customize alert sounds and images, click Edit Scene, then go to the Alerts layer, and finally over to Edit Alert in the right-hand panel. Within the pop-up menu, you can click through each alert and adjust it accordingly with your chosen image and sound. For more information on supported files for sounds and images, please review our help article.

  11. It would be nice to have one menu so you can change the alerts across all the scenes from one place instead of having to go to each scene to change each alert as this is incredibly time-consuming, especially if you have many scenes.

For example, if you have five scenes then you have to update your follow alert five times if you ever want to change it.

  12. This can help define specific aspects of streamers content...everyone has a brand for their stream for the most part. If its gaming or chatting or artistic it defines the individuals that follow the specific channel with specific thank you or audio cues that help thank the viewer
