    Hello everyone,

    Starting in April, viewers will be able to view their Monthly Recap for channels they're subscribed to! If you were previously a part of our 5-week experiment, your access to Monthly Recaps is now reinstated for channels to which you subscribe. You can learn more about this feature at the Help Article linked in the original post.

  2. there was 100 gifted subs from this account, i tried applying for several cancel requests, yet no one replies or does anything. The payment was done without 2 factor authentication and i never got any code on my phone saying there is a payment going to happen. This is either a technical glitch at your end or someone purchased subs without my consent. This is absolutely ridiculous, and unprofessionalism. I kindly ask for a refund before i take legal actions.
    There is no live support, no phone number not even an email to contact this a big joke...

  8. You are falsely advertising the use of the bits purchased!
    I gave money for the purchase of bits as explained in your policies. The money I spent (well over $300 US dollars in the last 3 months)
    is not being given to BenzoEffect as they were intended. You have refused to refund me the actual monies I spent for the Bits.
    You are refusing to give the monetary value of the bits I purchased and donated to BenzoEffect for the last 3 months.

  10. The reason Twitch is beginning to lose to Youtube and other such companies is its weakness that it relies too much on streamers.

    For example: How fun it's to watch the streamer? How committed he is? How long will he be using Twitch? What happens every time something dangerous happens to someone while having Twitch as an indirect party of how it happened.
