An error occurred while saving the comment Tredenix commentedFully agree, because even the bowser extension that does this can't see the full list of tags on every stream, only the ones that show up in the one line on directory pages. It'd be very useful to have this functionality in the mobile apps as well.

If SDAs have no impact on pre-/mid-roll ads, then the question streamers will ask themselves is "Why bother having them active at all?" In the same way that manually running ads prevents video ads from playing for a set amount of time, SDAs should do the same thing. Naturally due to their format they'd do so for a shorter period of time, but I have little doubt that more frequent SDAs would result in a better viewing experience than less frequent but more intrusive manual video ads, which could be reserved for actual breaks during a stream under such a system.
