This is not limited to issues within Japan; Twitch has said it will support donations to global charities in the future, but it is unclear whether those donations will help solve domestic problems. We would like to see more charities, global or not, that are able to respond.

Perhaps my reading comprehension is lacking, but I didn't see any particular causal link between “excessive” penalties on accounts and being able to determine if someone really should be sanctioned.
In other words, is the problem excessive penalties or incorrect penalties? If the penalties are loosened, we cannot assume that this will prevent malicious users from attacking us.What needs to be solved would be to prevent false banning. Wouldn't loosening the penalties only lighten the psychological burden on the attacker?

4年も放置されていたのが本当にかわいそうになる。この機能はすぐにでもつけるべきでしょう
いまや設定が多くなりすぎているので, 設定のどこに何があるかを見つけるのも困難ですI really feel bad that it was left unattended for 4 years. This feature should be added immediately!
Dashboard has so many settings now that it is difficult to find what is where inakawshi

本当にすぐにでもつけるべきだと思うクリエイターダッシュボードは長年に渡る改良と変更で複雑になりすぎており, 初心者が設定のどこに何があるかを理解できていない。初心者でなくとも普段使わない機能がどこにあるかを知っている配信者は多くなく, なにか問題があったときに設定することが困難になっている

I partly agree.
It's smarter to temporarily withhold following and then approve new true followers when they arrive. The feature ensures that new followers don't grow without approval. Most follower bots don't write themselves, and true followers will greet you in chat. The feature also works when follows come in offline.

I agree with you. It's a pain to re-fill the same form and comment after the changes are discarded.
There is also no explanation of why it was discarded, so it is difficult to understand where it needs to be corrected. Do we have to ask questions on Discord? So what's a comment form for?
Such as a great idea! I hope that continues for a month or 100 views history.
