So you ignored all of us even after amazon primes ai voice over debacle. Inflating AI usage for your investor eh? No AI clips, literally I have a button on my stream deck set up through mix it up and a command set up through mix it up that now can make a 60 second clip, no one NEEDS AI stop trying to force this garbage to people who have known how to do their own stuff this whole time. Be it gen ai or not it's bad and unnecessary like a thneed from the lorax. I still haven't paid for a sub, turbo, or prime since you started trying to do AI and I won't ever again until you start listening, and if you don't I will eventually find a replacement. I don't think you understand just how much we hate AI. I literally ran scripts to remove all ai features from my own pc, and changed browsers too because firefox was going to add AI, I swapped to waterfox (compatible with firefox extensions) and vivaldi(compatible with chrome extensions) and even my search engine is now startpage, I stopped using google, when deviantart allowed AI garbage I deleted all my accounts and art on there. Twitter? HAH I nuked my old account after swapping the handle to a dummy account so I couldn't be impersonated, but also so all my content was wiped so people couldn't use grok on it. Spotify? Gone, I don't want that ****. We will find other places to go eventually, so you better start listening.

Not to mention the water used for AI, freshwater—what we need to drink and irrigate our farms—is only 3% of the world’s water. It is a finite resource, nearly two-thirds of our world's population experiences severe water shortages for at least one month a year. Guess what happens? Some of the water used for cooling is used up and does not return to our world.
How many times have users and creators said they don't want any AI, any sort at all, your company is dumb and the CEO needs to go. We DO NOT want this, we have ways to make our own easier clipping with human interaction and fan interaction. Stream Deck, Chat Commands ect, this AI clipping is not a tool its an anti-human and anti-Earth scraper. If our subs and ad revenue get gutted even more into your greedy pockets to fund this AI you deserve to be abandoned by all your creators. No one wants the internet full of fake tools that steal other than the thieves themselves.
I have removed my turbo sub and my whole wallet for the foreseeable future until proper community wanted changes are made with Twitch not trash no one wants. If it comes down to it I'll leave for a different platform as well. I separated my channel from Sound Alerts, Tangia, and Blerp for their GEN AI TTS and art usage, I'll cut you off too. Shame shame shame.

We've been through this before and it will never change. Absolutely NO Gen AI. Honestly if this happens again we'll know your doing it on purpose and with ill intentions to our communities. I'm done with lazy AI slop garbage being shoved down everything we are on when it's unethical and disgusting, we will never accept it.

We announced today on Patch Notes that we will be giving all streamers access to Channel Points. We will begin rolling out in the US on 7/28 and expand globally over the course of this year.

Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.
We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community.

Hi, thanks for flagging this and sharing your suggestion.
We share and understand your concerns about how the intentional, repeated misuse of tags can undermine the purpose of the tags product itself. Tags are an important discoverability feature for communities, and a powerful way for all Creators—but especially those that are underrepresented—to express their personal identity and creative vision for their content.
We also do not feel Twitch should be the judge of Creators’ personal or creative identity, so we typically only enforce against the misuse of tags when it is associated with other behavior that violates our Community Guidelines such as hateful conduct or harassment.
That said, as the VTuber community’s experience demonstrates, there are limitations to this approach and we are actively investigating additional steps we can take to protect and improve the integrity of the tags feature at scale, without infringing on good faith Creators’ personal choice…

Do NOT add AI, no one wants it, stop, I'm so sick of this do I need to just not use the internet at all now because I'm so done with this slop being forced on us. AI is not intelligent, it's just glorified theft behind a mask. It is not beneficial to human kind, its nothing but predictive it does not actually learn. It's a giant pollution beam to destroy, control, and propagandize those who are not the rich. I hope every company trying to force AI lose everything.
