   I've had something similar to this problem, but via OBS Studio (this has also happened in OBS Live) where when OBS loses connection to twitch, upon reconnection it Mutes ALL audio coming on my end. I looked on the OBS forum and users said it was tied to the Twitch VOD track, so I'm wondering if the secondary VOD audio is what's causing your problem as well with soundtrack.

   Ironically, when I broadcasted live on YouTube, and experienced a similar interruption, NO AUDIO PROBLEMS occurred at all. So it has to be something being blocked on Twitch's end, not OBS.
