Hi, thanks for flagging this and sharing your suggestion.
We share and understand your concerns about how the intentional, repeated misuse of tags can undermine the purpose of the tags product itself. Tags are an important discoverability feature for communities, and a powerful way for all Creators—but especially those that are underrepresented—to express their personal identity and creative vision for their content.
We also do not feel Twitch should be the judge of Creators’ personal or creative identity, so we typically only enforce against the misuse of tags when it is associated with other behavior that violates our Community Guidelines such as hateful conduct or harassment.
That said, as the VTuber community’s experience demonstrates, there are limitations to this approach and we are actively investigating additional steps we can take to protect and improve the integrity of the tags feature at scale, without infringing on good faith Creators’ personal choice…

An error occurred while saving the comment Badiiin commentedTwitch had a select list of tags to make the discoverity better, people complained that the approved list was short and should include more tags, Twitch took a year and half to make a near-perfect list of tags. People still complained, because some jackasses misused the tags, while some wanted to write their own tags. Twitch removed entirely the approved list of tags, and now EVERYONE can misuse tags and ruin the discovery.

An error occurred while saving the comment Badiiin commented@deejay4am no it wouldn't work. Manual blocked words do not enter into automod review system, it will refuse all the messages without the mods knowing someone tried to send a link. The idea is to allow the viewers to send links on chat but being hold by the automod for a moderator to allow or deny the link.

An error occurred while saving the comment Badiiin commentedThe current stream streak is meaningless, it only shows after your first 3 consecutive streams. And you only have another "streak share" if you break your current streak and start another fresh new streak.
I did sugested a better idea for the streak system:

Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.
We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community.

An error occurred while saving the comment Badiiin commentedThis could be easily solved by giving an option to delay the payment of the result in one minute to start (the banner anounces the result and waits a minute to start giving points), so if something is noticed it was wrong any mod can cancel or pause the result.

Category is not a tag, and that's not how category works.
Category is about the content not the streamer itself.
