Twitch, we have been very vocal in the past about how little we want AI content on the platform, especially in front of art streamers. Why would you think AI tools would be any more welcome?

Streaming under MHA Rumble is technically miscategorisation and a ToS violation. Twitch doesn't care but the correct category at the moment would be Card Game, lumping you in with things like Go Fish and thus having even worse discoverability.
I would love to see UVS get its own category!

Hi, thanks for flagging this and sharing your suggestion.
We share and understand your concerns about how the intentional, repeated misuse of tags can undermine the purpose of the tags product itself. Tags are an important discoverability feature for communities, and a powerful way for all Creators—but especially those that are underrepresented—to express their personal identity and creative vision for their content.
We also do not feel Twitch should be the judge of Creators’ personal or creative identity, so we typically only enforce against the misuse of tags when it is associated with other behavior that violates our Community Guidelines such as hateful conduct or harassment.
That said, as the VTuber community’s experience demonstrates, there are limitations to this approach and we are actively investigating additional steps we can take to protect and improve the integrity of the tags feature at scale, without infringing on good faith Creators’ personal choice…
As a streamer, I stopped using your platform over a year ago for health reasons. However I have since made a solid recovery and been perfectly capable of returning for several months now. The problem is, every time I try there's some new AI garbage I have to deal with first. Be it from you directly, from what I thought were safe games to stream, or from 3rd party streamer tools, which appear to be what you're actively endorsing, encouraging and funding with this event. It's so exhausting to maintain a safe environment free from data scraping and slop that I have nothing left to put into streaming itself. Before we even get to how bad the toll on my mental welbeing this AI-saturated landscape is and how hard that makes it to be in any way entertaining.
And, as a viewer, I still use your platform. But it's not the only one anymore and nor is it my first port of call. Honestly, I'm really liking how no nonsense Picarto is right now. None of your targeted hate ads or horrendous fomo features, no AI. Not even as much latency, once you find the right settings. Just a nice, relaxing, stream watching experience like the good old days. So I actively watch people over there before anyone on Twitch. And I'm seeing a lot of love for the more aggressively anti-AI Altstream too.
You've been poisoning the well for so long that people have built alternatives on par with what you used to be. So, if you don't stop soon, people are going to find they have a better time elsewhere. And hoo boy is AI one of the best ways to make sure folks go looking!
