There are significantly more channels across Twitch that have way more "offensive" emotes, including those that are showing full "butt-cheeks", or even partial nudity, which still remain on twitch.
Dumpy emotes do not contain any nudity in any fashion, and for specifics, the emote that has been removed recently, has no nudity, and should not go against Twitch ToS.
I can understand that some people will have "pushed the line" with the changes in the content guidelines, but I feel that much more clarification will be needed for "What is allowed", and "Where twitch will draw the line", because currently, I feel that the limitations are extremely strict, on emotes that are not sexually explicit, especially around animated emotes (and not human imitation content).
