Considering the rise of Twitch during the start and height of the COVID pandemic, which was a mass disabling event for pretty much the entire world, it's incredibly disheartening to see Twitch disregard this suggestion for another year.
So many of the streamers still going on this platform are disabled and offer such a unique experience to viewers you can't truly find anywhere else. There are so many disabled creators who - against the odds - have made and succeeded at their Partner pushes. They boost this platform at greater cost to themselves in comparison to their able-bodied counterparts.
It may be too late this year to get something going, but surely a response from Twitch staff that something will be in the works next year is not too much to ask? We deserve recognition. Recognition aids our validity, and means more people get an education on things we don't get the room to to in person.
