Just wanted to update this thread that we are doing an experiment right now with Stream Display Ads! These are less disruptive ads that allow viewers to see and hear Creators while being displayed. Including follower status as part of chat messages would also make it easier to set up weighted randomization features for raffles/queues to make followers more likely to be selected (rather than having to send additional API requests - especially when subscriber/moderator/broadcaster/etc. status is already known in chat messages).
