    We are working on some more robust multi-month tech and robust upgrade/downgrade tech. So when we get both done we’ll definitely incorporate this functionality.

    Agreed. It's Ridiculously finicky to switch tiers.
    - I don't want any type of prorated System.
    - I don't want to pay for Tier 3 for 5 days of a month.
    - I don't want to have gaps in my subbage.

    When I've had some extra cash on a month and switched to tier 3, I decided to play it safe. I cancelled the sub, marked the exact hour in my calendar, and resubbed at the new tier (Either Up or Down). This idea seems like the perfect idea. If only it had been suggested a couple years ago. I mean, it would generate more tier 3 subs which is more revenue for twitch, why isn't it high priority?

    Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

    To Echo what others have suggested
    - There should be more than 5 artists badges per channel
    - Emotes should be able to be credited to AT LEAST 2 artists- "Static Artist" and "Animator" or something like that
    - Artists should be able to use that emote even if they are not subbed
