Just replying to @Kohlrak: Wildcards are definitely supported in AutoMod, but only for blocked terms.
It's documented here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/how-to-use-automod?language=en_US#BlockedandPermitted -

Implement the existing sorting options found in the default Browse directories into the Following directory, to make it easier for people who follow a lot of channels to sort by "Recently Started" and "Viewers Low to High".
Additionally, the existing Tags-filtering feature could be useful in the Following directory as well.

Seeing as Emmett confirmed at the Opening Ceremony for TC'19 that more direct communication/transparency/feedback on reports submitted by users will be coming, this should probably be marked as Planned.

This isn't as easy to implement as you think.
In order for something like this to work, Twitch, OBS/XSplit/etc and broadcasters would all need to develop and implement this (which is a major task) and adjust their ways of streaming.
On top of that, most streamers don't feed OBS/Xsplit with individual audio-sources, except for microphone and system audio. It's only a few streamers that actually pay for the equipment to be able to mix audio sources, so that they can have individual sources for their game, microphone and music.
I don't see this happening in the next 3-5 years as there simply isn't a need for it in mainstream streaming.
One place you may eventually see something like this, would be in major events that attract tens or hundreds of thousands of viewers. -

The issue I see with this, is the fact that Twitch/Amazon would then be taking two cuts of that bit-exchange.
The first cut would be from the initial purchase of the bits, and the second cut would be the default 50% that Twitch takes from subscriptions (Less than 50% if a partner is on a different plan).
For this to work, I would have to add a side-suggestion that would eliminate the 50% cut if a subscription was purchased using bits, or make a subscription cost 250 bits (or whatever amount of bits equals the amount of $ the streamer would normally get from a subscription, depending on the partnership-plan they're on).
Title is pretty much the idea.
If I'd like to find streams that have either "News" or "Gaming News" applied, I currently can't do that in a single pass. I need to do it over two rounds of filtering.
