Actually, this isn't a terrible idea. A time restriction on the maximum timeout a moderator can give a viewer, versus giving them full access to indefinite timeouts and permanent bans and the ban appeals is something I would want as a broadcaster.
By which I mean, I would like to reserve some of the moderation functionality for myself and not give moderators full authority over it.
Being able to restrict the moderators of my channel to only time out viewers, for a maximum of 24 hours would give me the ability to review their enforcement actions later, and not open them up to the opportunity to take over my channel.

    I am *strongly* against this.
The unban requests are viewable, and can be responded to by any *one* moderator of the channel. If there is an abusive moderator in a channel, whispering the broadcaster is one of the very few ways to contact them directly and lodging a complaint that the abusive moderator cannot intercept and dismiss before any other moderator or the broadcaster even has a chance to view it.
Having a complaint box is useless, if the subject of the complaints can simply squelch any complaints, because they are the one who empties it.

I strongly disagree with this. While I myself do not want to receive gift subs for channels that I am not watching, and have disabled it in the privacy settings, people who have watched, but are currently not following your channel receiving a gift subscription will notify them that this has happened. This in turn may make them visit your channel again. This is good for you, because it will grow your viewership.
On the flip side, your active viewers receiving a gift subscription is bad for you, because subscribers don't get ads. This in turn means, that if your most regular viewers who watch your stream the most, and who would otherwise contribute the most ad revenue, now no longer do so, which can greatly affect your streaming income. Depending on how often and how long you stream, when you stream, what category you stream in, your typical mean viewer count, and the ratio at which your concurrent viewer count is low retention viewers (people who shortly visit and then leave) versus high retention viewers (people who come to your stream to stay for as long as possible), and resulting advertiser interest to advertise on your channel for these criteria, that the $2 that you get for that one gift sub, can be much less than the ad revenue you would otherwise receive during the month in which it is valid.

This has been moved to the badges/emotes section.
It was originally added to the channel page section.
I don't think it is in the right place here, since this feedback item is about adding a badge, icon or other indicator to the channel page, not about adding or changing an emote or chat badge.

    Twitch only makes available:
    - user subscriptions
    - gift subscriptions
    - bits cheering, and
    - hype chats

Any other form of "supporting a streamer" is not handled by Twitch and they can do nothing about it.

I'd wager you have used the tipping system of an external service like StreamElements or StreamLabs (which are by far the most popular ones) and used them to pay for an alert message, with a credit card or PayPal transaction to the broadcaster's PayPal account. PayPal will provide your name (as on your credit card details, or as account holder's name for your PayPal account) to the payment recipient (and their name or business name to you). If you do not want this, do not use PayPal. Use Twitch's options instead. 😉

    1. Just leave the bots alone. They are not hurting you.
    2. They might still be viewers, even if they do not obviously contribute to your viewer count.
    3. Please be aware that these "bots" as you call them do not need to be signed in and make their presence known to do whatever it is that they are doing.
    4. I am a viewer who regularly has hundreds of channels open at once. I do this for my own convenience. I do not turn the computer off, either. If I am tired, I just go to sleep leaving the channels I was watching last open. I don't appreciate being banned. Would you really want to ban me for lurking in your channel and deny yourself the associated ad revenue? (from what I'm told, that's about ~30 cents every ten minutes, but don't quote me on it)

This sounds like a feature that would be perfect for bullies to abuse. Please no.

If however you want such a thing for your own channel, this can be implemented with a chat bot, like you have said. Do that instead.

While I have significant concerns for the language used here, this is actually a useful function the /block feature should include.

While I personally prefer seeing everything and would never make use of it, as it would hinder my ability to monitor those I deem abusive, I do suppose for normal people this would be very handy to have.

If you /block the user, it will make them unfollow your channel. They cannot follow you again until you unblock them. A blocked user can also not whisper you and their messages will be hidden from your view in all channels, except for those in which you are a moderator or above (broadcaster, global moderator, staff, admin).

Personally, I don't like that the block function does this, however. While it is useful that this feature shows you that another user has decided to block you, who a user is following should always be the followers decision, and nobody else's.

Twitch is not GDPR compliant by not providing this information.
As someone who regularly gets banned for people thinking that I am a bot, in channels I do not know about, because someone has put my username on a list of names they "suggest" to be banned (and I was able to successfully request to be removed from the "popular" ones), and as a victim of harassment by both a streamer who has since received a permanent channel suspension and some of their viewers who have spread rumors and lies of purported abuse, even though I barely, if ever, interacted with them, in an attempt to get me banned from various channels.

Also, if I am not mistaken, I do believe I had originally submitted this. I am not sure why it shows as "Anonymous" now and isn't visible from my profile. 🤔

    I am strongly against this.
Twitch has already partially implemented this with the suspicious user controls, and banlist sharing, and so far, I have not seen anyone make sensible use of it. I have however seen users going around harassing people with it.

However, if the account is also new (by which I mean, less than 30 days old) and *already* banned a lot of times, then, and only then, this would be okay. Because if the account is new, the user who is abusive is likely already evading a global ban.
