Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.
We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community.

An error occurred while saving the comment KamasamaK commentedTo elaborate on RochelleK1994's message, that is only exposed through a browser extension. The default Twitch front-end does not expose that, even for mods.

I actually don't think it's a good idea to customize mod badges. That's something that should be globally recognizable.

An error occurred while saving the comment KamasamaK commentedThanks RochelleK1994. That worked. It's weird they hide the icons for your messages, but still let you delete it if you know to use the context menu they never tell you about.
UPDATE: I just discovered that menu was from the BetterTTV browser extension I have installed. So Twitch doesn't expose this through their default front-end, but their back-end allows it when exposed by third-party tools.

An error occurred while saving the comment KamasamaK commentedI know several Partners who are frustrated with this as they're trying to track progress to Partner Plus with the API.
EDIT: Twitch has made it easier to track progress toward the Plus Program since I initially made this comment. But I still believe the API should support this.

I have not noticed this behavior. It only removes a single message from what I've seen. Timeouts and bans do purge their previous messages, though.
