An error occurred while saving the comment SnarkyTomboy commentedIt shouldn't have taken 16,000+ votes to get you to review one charity and copout on your answer regarding Autism Speaks, or to not take any accountability for the charities allowed on your platform. "Inclusion does not mean endorsement from twitch?" Maybe not, but you're still allowing others to support harm by trying to put your head in the sand. As others have said elsewhere, it's remarkably easy to file for 501c3 status, and twitch as a platform needs to take ownership and accountability to review and vet the charities they allow as donation platforms BEFORE they're put on the platform, not after 16,000+ users tell you how harmful and hateful they are. Stop passing the buck and the blame on the paypal giving thing.
If you can't take ownership and accountability of this feature and be trusted to not cause harm, then you should remove it until you can that accountability. As it is, you've lost amazing amounts of trust in the vulnerable communities you claim to support already. Do better, be better, acknowledge your mistakes, and fix them.

Being able to store donated bits and/or be able to choose whether they get cashed out or not would allow me to better support fellow streamers - keep subs the same, but allow me to bank donated bits so that I can then re-cheer them to other streamers. This would be a huge boon to all creators I think.
