My wife and I are experiencing the same thing. I understand that this is a bit like playing whack-a-mole. The tools and avenues for creating burner email accounts are myriad. As long as you only need an email address to follow someone, you're able to harass them regardless of how strong their auto-mod settings are. Twitch needs to give streamers the option to require higher level of security on the accounts that follow, watch, or chat in our streams. Give us the option to suffer the potential cost of lost revenue or growth if it suits our stream. Then those who do not care can leave their streams wide open.
