Though we have not yet added support for multiple language tags, we have added more than 350 new options that we think may help out with this particular ask.

We have heard the feedback in this idea & its comments and reworked chat replies to reduce noise. By allowing users to reply directly to a specific message in a thread, only the user being responded to will be @'ed, rather than the user whose comment initiated the thread. This functionality may be considered in the future, and we appreciate the feedback and comments provided on this suggestion. There are some technical challenges to solve to provide a better experience for synchronous use cases, though we do not have a timeframe for when this effort would be prioritized at this time.

We apply IP bans in Chat based on users' Moderation actions in certain cases. We don't currently plan to publicize the logic we use because we think it would make it easier for bad actors to bypass the restriction.

Make it a 24-hour IP ban then, just on chatting, with a separate command from the standard /ban or /timeout (no need to punish housemates if someone needs a short-term sit-down). While this won't stop a determined troll, it could at least mitigate waves and make it slightly more inconvenient to subvert, especially if free proxies are added to a global permanent IP ban list.

Thing is, views can also be gamed similarly. I'd be behind a total number of hours streamed, but can already imagine people doing 24-hour streams where they just leave it on an attract mode, or encourage 'replay streams', rebroadcasting a shorter stream multiple times in one day, which is already a distressing trend that's started to happen with less-scrupulous casters who cast for three hours, then run automated ads all day over the looped replay.
Duration of partnership could get complaints from newer partners, and probably should be coupled with some metric of regularity to avoid rewarding going on long-term hiatus.
