    As others have said, Moments don't compete with Featured clips, they compliment them! They should be further integrated with the Featured clips by having Moment clips automatically included in the list of Featured clips, with a Moments label to indicate that it's a high-profile featured clip, highlighting an amazing, well, moment.

    Adding to this, the additional options should be added as checkboxes, not radio buttons, allowing combinations of options. For example, someone could choose to "Only allow raids from: Channels I follow, Partners, and Accounts that are 30 days old", with the number for account age being user-configurable.

  4. Allow tagging other streamers that were involved in a clip, then the clip auto post in their clips section also.
